Service Description

Project based introduction to ceramics. Even if you've never touched clay before, you will create fun and functional pieces while learning the fundamentals of hand-building with clay. While the primary focus is on slab construction, pinch and coil techniques will be covered. This class also prepares you to work independently in the studio. 6 class sessions of 2 hours each Clay will be available for sale at the studio for $25 for 20lb. Cash or Venmo accepted. All other materials and tools, as well as glazes and firing are included. Flexible and unlimited bench time for adults. Suitable for ages 14 and up.
